Responsibilities:

- Work side-by-side with our engineering team to automate lead gen workflows and build custom GTM tools that give us a 10x edge over legacy incumbents

- Develop structured GTM playbooks for our core industries (Warehousing, Education, and Manufacturing) translating technical AI capabilities into clear value for operational buyers

- Own full funnel execution by focusing on data from first touchpoint to closed-won, ensuring every marketing dollar is an investment in a repeatable system

Skills and qualifications:

- An advanced degree from a reputable organization in a relevant field

- Experience in writing high-converting copy for a physical security director with the ability to explain the logic of a multi-step automation workflow to engineers or other technical stakeholders

- Ability to strategically assess various marketing channels on a strategic level (You don't just see a webinar; you see a data-collection opportunity, a content-recycling loop, and a lead-scoring variable)

- Experience using LLMs and automation tools to 5x your own productivity, and an enthusiasm to build similar AI agents for our marketing stack

- Enthusiasm for collaborating with engineers and other technical stakeholders

- Proven experience operating in in high agency, 0 → 1 environments

- Resilient in challenging and fast-paced environments

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levels.
