About the role

You’ll be working with the Research and Development team This team runs on coffee with an infectious passion to build products that have never been built before. Our Flexible Energy Stack consists of the e^pack (battery pack), e^Port (charging connector), e^Plug (charging connector) and e^pump (charging station) which together unlock 15-minute rapid charging. Exponent’s philosophy: Break. Believe. Build. There’s no playbook for disruption. The only way to create a radical future is to continuously break, believe and build. Break assumptions and thumb rules. Believe in the process, the team, and through failures. Build fast, passionately, and with first-principles thinking. Job Description We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Integration Engineer to lead the design, integration, and validation of high-voltage electrical systems across Exponent’s EV energy products. This role sits at the intersection of electrical design, power electronics, firmware integration, and electro-mechanical systems, with ownership from concept to production. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end electrical architecture, ensure safety and compliance of HV systems, and debug complex hardware–software interactions in fast-evolving EV platforms.
