At Kaseya, we don't just raise the bar. We build it. Role overview This is a foundational leadership role; the work here impacts how every product, customer, and partner experiences Kaseya. Role will be responsible for building and executing the strategy for Kaseya's unified intelligence experience and customer data platform. This leader will drive the creation of a centralized data platform that powers insights, automation, and personalization across Kaseya's product portfolio and key cross product workflows, enabling MSPs and their customers to make data-driven decisions at scale. The role requires defining and executing the vision for how Kaseya leverages customer data, telemetry, and AI/ML to create competitive differentiation, improve customer experiences, and unlock new revenue opportunities. This position demands deep technical expertise in Data platforms, API, analytics, Runtime Platform, and AI/ML capabilities, combined with strategic product thinking and cross-functional collaboration. The Director will work closely with product, security, legal, sales, and marketing teams across the organization to build foundational capabilities that become force multipliers for the entire platform. What will you do Define, shape, and clearly communicate our long-term Data, API & AI Strategy, vision, and roadmap. Build and scale Data, API and AI capabilities as core product differentiators. Provide thought leadership in the design, architecture, and execution of the platform ecosystem and ensure platforms are optimized for performance, scalability, cost, and reliability. Set the bar for our engineering culture, encouraging the development of best practices, holding teams accountable for slippage, and improving processes.
