About the role We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our India Operations and play a crucial role in our mission to establish a world-class data engineering team within the Center for Data and Insights (CDI). In this role, you’ll play a key part in building a cutting-edge, real-time data platform, designed to deliver insights at scale and power data-driven decision-making across our organization. Responsibilities will include collaborating with the data team and working on both backend microservices & frontend interfaces, crafting solutions that ensure data is processed, analyzed, and visualized in real time. The ideal candidate will bring strong full-stack engineering expertise across modern frontend and backend technologies, with hands-on experience building scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications. You will leverage Java, Spring Boot, React, Next.js, TypeScript, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices to deliver high-quality solutions that enable data-driven decision making for our business partners. This role requires a proactive, self-driven engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes ownership from design through production, and balances technical excellence with business impact. Core Areas of Responsibility Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across the product, spanning React/Next.js frontend applications and Java Spring Boot backend services. Build secure, scalable REST APIs using OpenAPI-first design principles and implement robust authentication and authorization using Okta OIDC, OAuth2, and JWT-based security. Develop intuitive, accessible, and localized user experiences, including dashboards, analytics, data tables, and visualizations, ensuring WCAG-compliant implementations. Collaborate closely with data engineers, product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact features and platform enhancements.
