Technical Lead, Product Development

We are seeking a Technical Lead to own the design and delivery of scalable, secure backend services for authentication and identity platforms. Responsibilities: · Lead architecture and development of Java-based services and REST APIs · Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring · Drive scalability, reliability, and security across distributed systems · Collaborate with product, security, and platform teams to deliver high-impact features · Champion best practices for zero-downtime deployments, observability, and system resilience Qualifications: · 10+ years of software product development experience, where products are in use at scale by customers · 5+ years of experience as a tech lead for product development teams · Proven experience with identity and authentication platforms · Strong expertise in Java, distributed systems, and API design · Experience with zero-downtime deployments and production-grade systems · Experience with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle/NoSQL) · Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud-based deployments · Experience using AI-assisted coding tools #LI-Onsite #LI-LS1
