How You'll Make an Impact Act as a trusted business partner to global and regional finance stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making through financial and operational analysis. Analyze business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership teams. Develop and maintain management dashboards, analytics solutions, and reporting tools to improve visibility and transparency of key business metrics. Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reviews, and month-end closing activities across the Function & Legal Entity Controlling organization. Drive automation and digitalization initiatives using technologies such as Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, SAP, and Microsoft 365 solutions. Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements, translating them into scalable digital and process improvement solutions.
