The role requires actively participating in the entire software lifecycle, from initial design through deployment, ensuring that AI-native methodologies are embedded throughout. This includes validating solutions, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance, and continuously refining processes to enhance software performance and reliability. Collaboration with various teams to align on objectives and drive innovation is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in AI-native software development. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to build responsive user interfaces. - Strong knowledge of back-end frameworks and server-side programming to develop scalable applications. - Familiarity with database management and integration techniques to ensure efficient data handling. - Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize code for performance and maintainability.
