Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency. - Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding problem-solving approaches. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting ERP. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in managing and supporting large-scale business applications with a focus on revenue accounting and reporting. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improvements. - Excellent problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and a methodical approach to troubleshooting. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to ensure high availability and performance of critical applications.
