RES manages approximately 2,500 properties (36 MM Sf) and supports businesses through the development and maintenance of office buildings, data centers and branches. The products and services include premises acquisition and disposal, construction (including fit outs, moves and changes), maintenance, facilities management, and utilities supply. In this role, you’re expected to:  The Assistant Vice President (AVP), F&C Operations Team Lead is responsible for leading a team that supports Real Estate Services (RES) project compliance activities across the project lifecycle. The role ensures adherence to Citi policies, procedures, standards, and governance requirements while maintaining high-quality project documentation, financial controls, and operational excellence. The AVP serves as a key partner to Project Managers, Facilities Managers, Finance, Procurement, and Vendor Management teams by overseeing project initiation, compliance reviews, quality assurance, purchase-to-pay processes, and project closure activities within REALM and P2P systems.
