Business Data Analytics Group Manager - Senior Vice President

Develop and articulate analytical framework to solve business challenges Extract actionable insights based on advanced analysis of transactional data across Financial Products Lead and develop reporting subordinates, especially around developing sound analytical approach to solve business problems Partners with senior business leaders and a widely distributed global user community to define and implement solutions Perform daily DOD variance analysis across Financial Products, providing granular attribution of movements to market risk factors, trade activity, model changes, and pricing adjustments Design, build, and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to automate variance reporting, reducing manual effort and improving time-to-insight Understanding of data flows within CITI (at-least one Markets Products and on Non-Markets Products) Data analysis on derivatives & SFT products across systems for target state adoption and resolution of data gaps/issues Lead assessment of end-to-end data flows for all data elements used in Regulatory Reports Document current and target states data mapping and produce gap assessment Design and Implement data governance controls including data quality rules and data reconciliation Perform functional testing and data validations Manage data solutions within markets data domain Drive innovative thinking about leveraging new tools/methods to transform the analytical capability of the organization Understand regulatory implications and develop mitigation / opportunity strategies Ensure robust quantity control in the analytical processes Cross functional leadership (communication and influencing) to drive towards common goal The incumbent will leverage industry best practices, navigate and leverage internal relationships and become the key point of contact to ensure delivery and adoption Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards. Recommended Qualifications: 15+ years of experience Experience in financial services Ability in strategic thinking and the ability to frame business problems Excellent analytical, technical and/or statistical skills with proven ability to translate large volumes of data An influencer who communicates clearly and frequently to both technical analysts and non-technical business leaders Proven track record of successfully managing in a large and complex business Intellectual curiosity, analytical and conceptual thinker Proactively seeks and develops new opportunities
