Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), PySpark. - Strong knowledge of cloud-based data engineering and analytics platforms. - Experience in designing scalable data pipelines and managing big data workflows. - Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot complex data processing issues. - Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks and data integration techniques.
