The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and usability are integral parts of the daily workflow. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate with stakeholders to align software solutions with business objectives and technical requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Architecture. - Experience in designing cloud-based solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services. - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to architect scalable, secure, and high-availability cloud applications. - Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools within the Azure ecosystem. - Competence in integrating various cloud services to build comprehensive solutions.
