Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and validation. - Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of application design and configuration processes. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in problem-solving activities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform. - Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration methods and tools to connect applications with other systems. - Experience in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability.
