Project Role : Custom Software Engineer Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Must have skills : SAP BTP Integration Suite Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: Independently deliver Integration Suite engineering, assessment and remediation activities and escalate risks with traceable evidence. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Develop and review iFlows, message mappings, value mappings, Groovy scripts, XSLT, routing, exception handling and reusable processes. 2. Configure REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, SFTP, HTTP and JMS adapters plus destinations and Cloud Connector connectivity. 3. Implement secure authentication, certificates, credentials, OAuth, mTLS and approved logging without exposing sensitive data. 4. Execute unit and integration tests, payload validation, negative tests, performance checks and deployment verification. 5. Monitor message-processing logs, troubleshoot failures, perform root-cause analysis and support controlled reprocessing. 6. Maintain technical designs, RAG ratings, defects, risks, dependencies, evidence and release or cutover tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: 1.
