Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve software quality and delivery. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - Strong expertise in data governance principles and master data management processes. - Experience in customizing and extending SAP MDG functionalities to meet business requirements. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within SAP MDG environments. - Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
