Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Product Management. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile project management techniques. - Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex software products. - Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to guide product strategy. - Skilled in risk management and mitigation strategies within software projects. - Competence in using project management and collaboration tools to track progress and foster teamwork.
