Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding of project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail. - Experience in developing and maintaining custom software solutions within retail environments. - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to work with modern development frameworks and tools to build scalable applications. - Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-oriented solutions.
