The role includes coding and testing these components to ensure they meet client requirements and quality standards. Additionally, the engineer dedicates time to maintaining existing applications, implementing enhancements, and developing new features to improve overall system performance and user experience. Collaboration with different stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver effective software solutions is an integral part of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align software development activities with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong experience in object-oriented programming and design patterns. - Familiarity with application lifecycle management including development, testing, and deployment. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Experience with debugging and performance tuning of enterprise applications. - Knowledge of database integration and web services within Java Enterprise Edition environments.
