Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions. - Experience with software development lifecycle and agile project management practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining system integrity. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
