Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery. - Drive innovation by researching and integrating new technologies that align with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - Experience in designing and implementing data models that optimize performance and scalability. - Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices within SAP environments. - Ability to develop and maintain complex data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. - Familiarity with integration techniques to connect SAP BW/4HANA with other enterprise systems. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to data modeling and system performance.
