Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - Strong expertise in designing and implementing data models within SAP BW/4HANA environments. - Experience in optimizing data extraction, transformation, and loading processes for enhanced system performance. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data modeling and development challenges. - Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP BW/4HANA and other enterprise systems. - Skilled in maintaining data integrity and ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
