Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements. - Ensure the developed applications are scalable, maintainable, and meet quality standards. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Experience with data integration and transformation within cloud-based environments. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex application issues. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to optimize application performance and ensure data security and compliance.
