The role requires working closely with team members to apply modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, ensuring that the solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The engineer focuses on meeting specific business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software elements to support evolving organizational needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Maintain and update existing software components to improve functionality and performance. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Master Data Management (MDM). - Strong understanding of data integration and data governance principles related to Master Data Management. - Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to design and implement scalable software components that align with business objectives. - Familiarity with database management and data quality techniques. - Competence in troubleshooting and resolving software issues efficiently.
