Collaboration with different stakeholders and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices for software development and deployment. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Experience with distributed computing and big data processing frameworks. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration of data analytics solutions. - Competence in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing complex software systems.
