The Opportunity: Job Title: Engineer II, RPA & Intelligent Automation Experience: Minimum 3 years Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) Ensemble Health Partners is one of the fastest-growing revenue cycle management companies in healthcare. Our Automation & AI Platform team is building the next generation of intelligent automation: moving beyond traditional rule-based bots into agentic, AI-driven automation and Computer Use Agents (CUA) that can see, reason about, and operate real applications the way a person does. We are looking for an Engineer II who lives and breathes Python and wants to build production automation at the intersection of RPA and applied AI. You will design and ship automations across web, Citrix, and document-heavy workflows, then push them further with LLMs, OCR, and agentic techniques so they handle the messy, unstructured cases that classic RPA cannot. We care about how you reason about brittle real-world systems, write clean Python, and learn quickly. Our stack spans Python, Playwright, Azure, Docker, and a fast-growing agentic / CUA layer built on Azure OpenAI and open-source LLMs. Strong engineers pick up the parts they haven't seen fast. Roles & responsibilities Design, build, test, and maintain production automations in Python across web, Citrix, and API-driven workflows. Automate applications end to end: web automation (Playwright or Selenium), Citrix and virtual-desktop automation, and OCR or document-based automation. Build agentic and Computer Use Agent (CUA) automations that combine LLMs with UI control to handle tasks that rule-based bots cannot. Apply document processing and intelligent data extraction, blending OCR with LLMs to turn unstructured inputs into structured, usable data.
