You will work closely with Business Unit Controllers, Project Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to provide meaningful insights into financial performance and drive informed business decisions. The role provides exposure to complex financial processes across global markets, enabling you to influence operational performance while ensuring strong governance and compliance standards. You will analyze revenue streams, profitability drivers, cash flow trends, and key business metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas. Your recommendations will help leadership teams optimize performance and achieve strategic objectives. In addition to core controlling responsibilities, you will contribute to Hitachi Energy's ongoing digital transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA programs within the Software business landscape. How You'll Make an Impact Analyze Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and key financial metrics to provide actionable business insights. Partner with Business Unit Controllers, Operational Unit Controllers, and Project Managers to monitor and improve business performance. Prepare management presentations, financial reports, and executive-level analyses to support strategic decision-making. Support budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and financial performance reviews for the assigned product group. Collaborate with global finance and business teams to evaluate end-to-end financial value streams and identify opportunities for standardization and automation.
