Global Head of Cross-product Operations, Managing Director

Who are we looking for The Global Head of Cross-product Operations within Markets Operations is responsible for activities and shared services supporting State Street Markets and Global Treasury businesses. The role partners across business lines, product-aligned Markets Operations teams, Global Delivery, Technology, and Corporate functions to deliver scalable operational services that support business growth, risk management, and strategic priorities. The role oversees key product-agnostic functions including Regulatory Reporting - Leads the global regulatory reporting function, ensuring accurate, timely, and complete trade and transaction reporting across jurisdictions and products. Drives regulatory compliance, control enhancement, and reporting transformation through process optimization and technology enablement. Collateral Management - Oversees the global collateral management function, including margin processing, dispute management, collateral settlements, and reconciliations across financing and derivatives products. Ensures effective counterparty risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence through robust controls and process efficiency. Static Data / DBM- Provides strategic oversight of client and counterparty reference data, account setup, settlement instructions (SSI), and data governance across Markets Operations. Ensures data integrity, operational scalability, and seamless support for trade processing, settlement, and regulatory obligations. Driving operational excellence, consistency, scalability, and strong risk and control practices across Markets Operations. The Global Head of Cross-product Operations will lead teams across India, other global hubs, and co-trading locations, and will be a member of the Markets Operations Management Group, reporting directly to the Global Head of Markets & Treasury Operations and Client Onboarding.
