Who are we looking for We are seeking a seasoned and strategic operations leader to join our Global Treasury Operations organization as an Assistant Vice President. This role will be responsible for leading a team supporting Treasury Investment Portfolio, Liability Management, and Repo Operations, ensuring efficient, controlled, and scalable end-to-end operational processes across Market Ops. The successful candidate will bring extensive expertise in Global Treasury products, Repo markets, and operational risk management, coupled with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a dynamic and evolving environment. The role requires strong partnership with Global Markets Front Office, Treasury, Risk Management, Compliance, Technology, and other key stakeholders to drive operational excellence, process optimization, and strategic business initiatives. As a leader, you will demonstrate sound judgment, independent decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering results in a fast-paced, global environment. You will be expected to foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and talent development while ensuring a robust control framework and superior client experience.
