Job Description: NeoLoad Performance Tester Job Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid 4+ years of experience in Performance Testing Excellent hands-on knowledge in Neoload Performance Testing Tool (1.5 years plus) Define test plan/ strategy/ approach for Load and Performance Testing Identify the performance scope and requirements in collaboration with SME's Be able to develop, maintain and execute test scripts in Neoload Be able to develop workload model (user count, sessions, duration, TPS, hits) Identify and Prepare test data required for performance testing Capture statistics and identify potential performance bottlenecks Prepare Executive summary report after performance testing Be able to identify the issues during load testing, and fix the scripts Be able to identify the bottlenecks and report back to the project teams At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
