The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As an IT Business Analyst - SAP OTC Order Management, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Support the design, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of Order Management processes within the Order-to-Cash function, ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Operations and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze end-to-end business processes, and translate needs into functional specifications, user stories, process designs, and test scenarios. Analyze Order Management issues and enhancement requests, evaluate solution options, and provide recommendations for system configuration, process improvements, and defect resolution. Partner with external consultants, vendors, and internal technical teams to support integrations, testing activities, data validation, and deployment of Order Management solutions.
