Desired Candidate Characteristics:  Have a strong commitment to a career in technology with a passion for healthcare  Ability to understand the needs of the business and commitment to deliver the best user experience and adoption  10+ years of experience in all phases of SDLC involving Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment, Testing, and Implementation of Web & Client/ Server & cloud applications. 10+ years’ experience in IT with demonstrated success in supporting and delivering scientific applications, COTS applications and custom-built solutions. Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, or Trello. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills across multiple teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities and communication skills.  Innovative and inquisitive nature to ask questions, offer bold ideas and challenge the status quo. Agility to learn new tools and processes.  Knowledge of cGXP and 21CFR Part11 standards. Key Responsibilities Accountable for the controlled production support and life cycle management for multiple applications used by Pharmaceutical Development and Global supplies within PDS.
