Job Description: SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off Consultant  Key Responsibilities  Configure Time Off framework (time types, time accounts, accruals)  Implement country-specific leave policies and workflows  Work with integration teams (EC → Payroll / 3rd party systems)  Support testing, validation, and defect resolution  Provide functional documentation and user training  Requirements  8+ years experience in SuccessFactors with focus on EC Time Off  Certified in SAP SuccessFactors EC / Time Management  Strong configuration skills and experience in global implementations  Ability to work independently and engage stakeholders  At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
