The objective of this position is to provide specialist support linking with key PAC partners including the PAC proposition team, regional PAC leads, SAM Account Teams, Legal teams and Project Managers / GBC’s. Their remit is to understand the details of the individual deals, analyzing the impacts, assessing the required activities to deliver the deal, create project plans and communicate these details to all account owning OMS touching the account globally. Responsibilities: Run all elements of the RAAS Checklist to review account details ahead of implementation. Establishes communication plan with all regional BAU OMS. Run Global Bill for RA customers. Review account to assess the validity of the account hierarchy and identify pre-migration cleanse activities in relation to the existing installed base. Validate current contractual situation in regard to the RMA and associated Schedules. Create RA Commercial billing accounts. Run I055/I110 to special price RA inclusive products to zero. Run asset moves for RA inclusive products to new non-billing accounts.
