Job Description: HPE Hybrid Cloud, we lead the innovation agenda and technology roadmap for all of HPE. This includes managing the design, development, and product portfolio of our next-generation cloud platform, Green Lake. Working with customers, we help them reimagine their information technology needs to deliver a simple, consumable solution that helps them drive their business results. Join us redefine what’s next for you. What you'll do: Champion customer‑focused testing practices, ensuring the customer’s perspective influences product quality and decision‑making. Design, implement, and execute robust test strategies for HPE storage offerings and integrated solutions. Rapidly gain expertise in external applications and validate integration feasibility with HPE storage products. Collaborate with Customer Engineering, Product Management and Development teams to understand features and come up with quick completion for Analyze test results, debug failures, and drive issues to closure by working across QA, product management, and support teams. Provide input to functional and design specifications; contribute to design documentation. Influence product quality by identifying coverage gaps, raising defects, and shifting testing upstream. Document test strategies, workflows, and results; provide clear recommendations to engineering and leadership. Execute and lead project teams of testers, driving collaboration with internal and outsourced partners to ensure delivery of cost‑effective, high‑quality validation solutions. Represent the testing team in all phases of larger, complex development projects and mentor less‑experienced engineers. What you need to bring: Education and Experience Required Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. Typically 5-8 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance. Knowledge and Skills Expertise in Storage protocols(FC, ISCSI, NFS, SMB and S3 ) Hands‑on experience with cloud, storage, and networking technologies, including Kubernetes and related ecosystems
