The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous engagement with testing frameworks and collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of automated testing solutions that support overall project goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing processes. - Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks to ensure scalability and reliability. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices. - Continuously monitor and analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium, Automated Testing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with COBOL. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and scripting languages. - Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug automation failures effectively.
