Role Description The Consultant, Business Process Analysis will support Transfer Agency transformation and operational delivery. Working with operations, technology, product, risk, compliance and external vendors, the role will analyse business needs, document requirements, support critical applications and contribute to the implementation of controlled, scalable solutions. The successful candidate will support activities from initial problem definition through requirements, testing, implementation and ongoing application support, with particular focus on investor onboarding, AML/KYC and core Transfer Agency platforms. Key Responsibilities Business analysis and requirements: Support discovery, requirements elicitation, analysis, validation and documentation across business, technology and control stakeholders; translate defined problem statements into business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and traceability outputs. Process and operating-model design: Assess current-state processes, data flows, hand-offs and controls; identify gaps and define future-state requirements for investor onboarding, AML/KYC, static data, documentation, reporting and related Transfer Agency services. Target operating model support: Contribute to the definition, validation and implementation of target operating models by analysing roles, capabilities, governance, process ownership, technology enablement, controls, service delivery and organisational impacts; help translate the agreed model into practical transition activities and implementation requirements. Solution delivery: Work with project managers, product owners, operations, technology, risk, compliance and vendors to support analysis through scoping, design, detailed requirements, implementation readiness and post-implementation review. Testing and quality assurance: Develop test strategies, scenarios and plans; execute or coordinate system, regression and user-acceptance testing for Fenergo, ICON, Multifonds and other Transfer Agency applications; analyse results, manage defects and confirm acceptance criteria.
