Must have skills : Site Reliability Engineering Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud-based and traditional infrastructure components. The role includes testing and deploying these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. This position also involves creating proof of architecture models to validate the feasibility and robustness of proposed designs, ensuring that the infrastructure and platform environments are effectively deployed and maintained to support organizational needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of scalable cloud infrastructure strategies. - Facilitate cross-functional communication to align cloud platform initiatives with business objectives. - Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. - Experience with cloud infrastructure automation and orchestration tools. - Strong knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes. - Expertise in performance tuning and capacity planning for cloud environments. - Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and ensure high availability. - Familiarity with containerization and microservices architecture.
