Must have skills : Site Reliability Engineering Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud-based application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud and traditional infrastructure components. The role includes testing and deploying these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. Additionally, the engineer develops proof of architecture models to validate the feasibility and robustness of proposed designs, collaborating with various teams to align infrastructure and platform environments with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to optimize cloud platform reliability and scalability. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. - Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management. - Strong knowledge of system monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting techniques. - Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages to streamline operations. - Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions.
