Cloud Site Reliability Engineer

We have an immediate opening for a Cloud Site Reliability Engineer. We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic problem-solvers with an interest in capital markets data to join us as we continue providing technology innovation and support to the world’s leading global capital markets companies. Current strategic pursuits The Cloud Site Reliability Engineer will research, plan, and collaborate with our development and infrastructure teams to implement the integration of our production systems and its related tools / systems as we seek to harmonize our processes across the organization. This will include meticulous planning, documentation, testing and will necessitate a deep understanding of our interconnected systems. You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering solutions and will at times interface directly with our clients. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant professional experience A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent discipline Foundational AWS expertise in large, distributed AWS footprint Expertise with Ansible, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform and Docker GitLab instance management, including runners Expertise managing day-two operations over large projects  Strong knowledge of Linux Significant experience with Python Ability to profile and debug systems in real time English proficiency is required Must be willing to work US Eastern shift for the first 6 months during initial training Nice to haves Knowledge and experience in Jenkins, Jira, Confluence and CloudFormation Prior experience with M&A and complex large-scale migrations Experience with authentication and encryption technologies like TLS, SSO and Certificate authentication Networking experience, analyzing packet dumps, multicast routing on hosts, packet filtering OS/kernel experience such as familiarity with OS tunables, log analysis Experience with DataDog and AWS alerting framework Career Stage: Senior Associate London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Information: Join us and be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
