Impact of a Director, Product-Led Growth As Director, PLG, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and commercial success of Upsun’s product-led revenue engine. Upsun is expanding its portfolio with Upsun Dispatch, a strategic new offer that joins Upsun Cloud, and this role will turn that expansion into measurable growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will own the revenue target for product-led experiences, building a scalable engine across developer recruitment, freemium conversion, and customer retention. Working at the intersection of Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering, you will bridge technical platform capabilities with market-driven execution to scale Upsun’s global footprint. What to expect Own product-led revenue: Be accountable for ARR from self-serve experiences, from first signup through conversion, expansion, and retention. Drive growth goals: Build and execute PLG programs to achieve clear top-line ARR milestones and hit aggressive user acquisition targets with specific focus in Europe and North America.
