Review loan approvals and commitment terms to ensure closing documents accurately reflect approved credit structures and USDA program requirements. Act as the primary liaison during the closing process, providing status updates, resolving issues, and escalating risks or borrower responsiveness concerns as appropriate. Ensure all collateral, title, insurance, entity, and perfection requirements are completed and documented prior to funding. Coordinate post-closing delivery requirements and support the loan sale and guarantee application process, as applicable. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, USDA personnel, attorneys, and business partners to support an efficient closing experience. Assist with training, mentoring, and providing subject matter expertise to other members of the Closing Team.
