Join us and be part of this journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures.Position Summary The Group Manager is responsible for leading a portfolio of engineering teams, ensuring successful delivery, engineering excellence, people development, and operational and financial health across multiple customer engagements. The role combines engineering leadership, technical understanding, delivery governance, and people leadership. The Group Manager should have a strong software engineering background and be technically credible across areas such as modern application development, cloud, DevOps, architecture practices, and emerging technologies such as AI. The role is not expected to be hands-on at an Architect level, but should be able to understand technical decisions, challenge risks and trade-offs, and guide Engineering Managers and technical leaders. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple engineering teams and Engineering Managers, ensuring delivery quality, engineering excellence, and predictable outcomes. Provide technical leadership and guidance with a strong understanding of software engineering, architecture practices, cloud, and DevOps, without being expected to operate at an Architect level.
