The Role Experienced Control-M Administrator with strong expertise in scheduling, monitoring, and managing enterprise batch workloads using BMC Control-M. Responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of Control-M environments across distributed and mainframe platforms. Skilled in job scheduling, workflow automation, troubleshooting job failures, performance tuning, and ensuring SLA adherence. Required skills and experience ​ 5 to 7 Years of hands-on experience in Control-M Administration across Development and Production environments. Strong knowledge of Control-M Agent, Control-M/EM, and Control-M Server installation, configuration, and maintenance. Experience in monitoring and analyzing Control-M Agents and troubleshooting agent/server-related issues through log analysis. Proficiency in adding/removing agents, managing clusters, and maintaining cluster configurations in the Control-M console. Experience in performing agent and server upgrades, including version migrations and patch management. Hands-on experience installing and configuring Control-M GUI and Windows-based Control-M Agents. Good knowledge of Control-M batch job scheduling, job monitoring, and SLA management. Experience in managing job failures, sysout/log retention policies, and service start/stop activities for Agents, EM, and Server components. Familiarity with Change and Incident Management processes using tools like ServiceNow.
