We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Developer to join our digital transformation journey and help shape user-centric solutions across business intelligence, enterprise applications, and low-code platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Power BI Developers, Power Apps Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to design seamless user experiences that drive adoption and business value. You will play a critical role in transforming complex business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital products. As a UI/UX expert, you will lead the design of enterprise dashboards, applications, and digital solutions by leveraging modern design practices, user research methodologies, and front-end development principles. You will help establish design standards, reusable component libraries, and consistent user experiences across multiple platforms while ensuring alignment with enterprise branding, accessibility, and usability requirements. How You'll Make an Impact Design modern, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces for Power BI dashboards, Power Apps applications, and enterprise digital solutions. Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and interactive design concepts that enhance user engagement and productivity. Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback sessions to continuously improve user experience and adoption. Collaborate with Power BI development teams to enhance dashboard usability, storytelling, navigation, and information architecture. Design executive-level dashboards that effectively communicate key performance indicators and business insights. Partner with Power Apps teams to develop responsive application experiences optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Develop and maintain enterprise design systems, UI component libraries, templates, and reusable design patterns. Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs and front-end components. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present design recommendations to business leaders and product teams.
